Cuisinart Coffee Maker Clean Light Will Not Go Off

Whether your cuisinart has a self cleaning option or not you should clean your coffee maker regularly by decalcifying the water reservoir with vinegar and washing the other pieces of the machine with warm soapy water.

It could have gotten tripped. Also check the household circuit breaker box. Fill the water reservoir to capacity with 1 3 cup of white vinegar and 2 3 cup of water. When light comes on turn coffeemaker on.

Press the clean button. If the clean light flashes run a fresh batch of vinegar and water through. To keep your cuisinart coffee maker in its best condition you should clean it regularly with some simple household products. A flashing clean light indicates unit needs to be decalcified.
